cool idea, and i only made it to the second level before i decided to call it (lol). the keyboard doesn't really seem to fit the controls of this game that well, it's kind of impossible to have everything within reach comfortably (ex. the home and pgup keys are across the keyboard from the arrow keys on my keyboard). also, the tutorial doesn't actually give the correct button prompts for blue, so i had to go into the pause menu to figure out that blue was numpad 5, which is a key that i don't have. i ended up switching blue to down, red to ; and yellow to . which i think is about as good as i could get it. i definitely like the idea and think with more comfortable controls i would have enjoyed it a lot more. i'm also not a speedrunner or anything so that certainly didn't help lol

Thank you so much for playing the game, and giving feedback, i really appreciate it also the controls are actually just the num keys, but for some reason the code displays it as arrow keys or something, but its the same keys as numpad the left arrow is Num 4 right arrow Num 6 and so on, you will know what key it is by looking at youre keyboard, there actually arrows on the num keys, and theyre pretty much the same as arrow keys

i'd love to see this game be developed further, it has a lot of character and it's a shame it's so short right now. however idk if it's just me, but the newgrounds version doesn't have the right aspect ratio, so a lot of the text got cut off on the edges. hopefully you can get it fixed soon though!

edit: issue appears to be fixed, you love to see it

Ahhhhhh thanks so much it means the world! This is the first time I've posted a game to newgrounds so things might get a bit weird :/ I'll be sure to fix it when I get a chance!

i'd recommend having a timer and kill counter during gameplay, it wasn't really clear what i was "working towards" until i died, and seeing my progress increase as i go would be pretty cool. maybe also try to indicate what the health and attack pickups do more clearly. i think something cool would be to ramp up the difficulty as the game progresses. still a fun game though, i enjoy kiting around enemies like that!

I got a new update coming soon that adds WASD support! :D

i have things to do tonight but instead i got the high score on relaxing fishing

cool concept! the movement system made it really satisfying to get a photo, and the art style and music fit it perfectly.

it may have made me rage, but i played all the way through to the end. i loved how creative you got with the mechanic.
